Growth asks that we lean into the questions

I am an embodiment educator, facilitator, guide and personal growth advocate and have spent over 3 decades developing this practice.
I am dedicated to supporting people on their journey of cultivating their resources, integrating skills for growth and feeling more connection within themselves and their relationships.
My work and this practice are rooted in::

Somatic Regulation and Discernment
Relational Parts Work
Mind Body Connectivity
Witnessing Practices
Authentic Movement and Voice
Resonance of Language
And a wide range of visualization, grounding and embodiment techniques

I am certified in somatic education, expressive movement, therapeutic nutrition, vocal and sound healing. I am also trained in craniosacral therapy, trauma informed practices, Hakomi Method, co-counseling, conflict transformation, circle process, rites of passage work and have been mentored in spiritual guidance.

I have been offering workshops and mentoring around the globe, drawing on my skills, training, and experience in therapeutic, embodiment and wellness modalities.
My work and practice are informed by my facilitation experience, research, and being guided and inspired by other amazing teachers.

8 years ago I took a workshop with Jacqueline in Lebanon. Little did I know, that day would be a turning point in my journey with the wisdom of my body and healing. A shift had begun. Fast forward to recently, when my country was at war, and Jacqueline generously supported me with her full kit of tools. The invitation and space she held, safely and creatively, allowed me to rediscover and reconnect to inner parts of myself. I noticed that after each session, a sense of my being grew deeper, wiser, grounded and resourced.Thank you Jacqueline!”

The Landscape of This Practice

I am committed to holding this space of possibility with clear presence and offering guidance for individuals to: develop their felt sense, discern their experiences, bridge the inner and outer landscapes with new perspectives and deepen their awareness, curiosity and kindness.
In this space we cultivate more connectivity, authenticity and listening. We explore the many different parts of who we are and breathe into our wisdom with skills and tools for expanding our personal resources towards growthful change and healing.

What motivates and inspires me is the belief that each of us has infinite potential for this change and growth. As we develop our sense of embodiment and empowerment within ourselves, we simultaneously support a more embodied and connected culture. This then supports a world that is more enlivened, resourced and sustainable through our collective interdependence.

Along with my trainings, I have been deeply informed by my experience as a professional dancer & performer, touring musician, world traveler, wisdom seeker and photographer. All these paths, along with my facilitation work in diverse communities, have allowed me to continually grow as a person, deepen the guidance I offer and understand how I can best support others.

I believe in biology and science, and all that we can measure. And I believe in the power of love and compassion, to be in awe, to sense magic and so much more that we cannot measure… the brilliance that asks us to trust and believe in our own felt experience on the deepest levels of self.

I have seen in Jacqueline a devotion to the human spirit and commitment to support each individual be the best they can be. She does this with inspired vision and wisdom. “

We all need each other on this wild ride called life

Each of us is unique in what we seek, what works for us, and how we can be supported or nourished in both our current situations and long-term journeys. There are many reasons we turn to a guide, coach, or ally for the change or growth we desire in our lives.

I understand this and meet each person where they are, offering guidance tailored to move towards where they want to go. This work helps individuals explore the ‘who’ and ‘how’ of themselves from various perspectives, creating new possibilities for growth.

This space of possibility is found in developing the key skills of Awareness, Kindness, and Curiosity. These skills are used in context with somatic and embodiment exercises to discern our thoughts, emotions and sensations, to expand our use of language, to develop the relational nature of our parts of self and to find new perspectives for our lived experience. All of this is supported by a range of tools that help us map and integrate our insights into our everyday lives. I believe that when each person has more access to resources for growth within themselves, this is where change can emerge from. And that as we each do this work, this growth ripples out from us and creates change in the world.

Whether you view this work as personal growth, therapy, spirituality, activism, or something else entirely—whether it feels essential, intimidating, joyful, or you’re unsure what to make of it—my answer is YES. I’m glad you’re here.

Our personal growth is served by our commitment and investment in ourselves. Like the seasons in nature, our growth can happen in cycles. Sessions and mentorship are designed to meet you where you are and support where you are going.
