Welcome

Growth asks that we lean into the questions

I am a facilitator, guide, embodiment educator and personal growth advocate and have spent over 3 decades developing this practice and supporting people to transform their lives.
I am dedicated to helping people grow, heal, change and feel more connection within themselves and their relationships.

I am certified and trained in somatics, meditation, group counsel, conflict transformation, therapeutic nutrition, and have been mentored in spiritual guidance. I have been offering workshops and mentoring around the globe for over 30 years, drawing on my skills, training, and experience in therapeutic, mind body, and wellness practices.
I have been further trained through decades of facilitation experience, research, and being guided and inspired by other amazing teachers.

My Approach

1. Trust in the Skills

Awareness, Curiosity and Kindness are foundational skills and support any growth we seek. All tools we utilize and work we do will lean into these skills.

2. Lean In

I like to remind people (and myself) that so much wisdom dwells within each of us. It then grows exponentially within the space we create together and from the resources we will use. ‘Leaning in’ encourages vulnerability and the potency of change.

All Parts are Welcome

Witnessing and integrating all parts of ourselves, as well as various aspects of our lives, is essential. Our skills, wisdom and vulnerability help to guide and inform this.

Connectivity and Authenticity

Everything is connected when it comes to our wellness, life, growth and change. Our life and all parts of ourselves function best in authentic relationship.

Relearning Love

Love means many different things to each of us. And at the heart of it, in this context, it is lifeforce, courage, transformative resource and guiding light. We can reclaim and relearn the power of Love within us.

My passion is guiding people to witness their experiences, become more aware of their thoughts, and connect with their emotions, while developing a language that allows them to relate to themselves more fully and authentically. Learning to discern our feelings and experiences is key to personal growth. It’s about exploring all the different parts of who we are, embracing vulnerability, expanding and at times recreating our relationship to self, and uncovering new perspectives that allow us to live with greater authenticity. By cultivating this connection with ourselves, we invite more ease, energy, and depth into our lives and relationships.

Along with my trainings, I have been deeply informed by my experience as a professional dancer & performer, touring musician, world traveler, wisdom seeker and photographer. All these paths, along with my facilitation work in diverse communities, have allowed me to continually grow as a person, deepen the guidance I offer and understand how I can best support others.

I believe in biology and science, and all that we can measure. And I believe in the power of love and compassion, to be in awe, to sense magic and so much more that we cannot measure… the brilliance that asks us to trust and believe in our own felt experience on the deepest levels of self.

What motivates and inspires me is the belief that each of us has infinite potential for change and growth. The journey is about developing our skills and inner resources to create the change we seek in ourselves and the world.

We all need each other on this wild ride called life

Each of us is unique in what we seek, what works for us, and how we can be supported or nourished in both our current situations and long-term journeys. There are many reasons we turn to a guide, coach, or ally for the change or growth we desire in our lives.

I understand this and meet each person where they are, offering guidance tailored to move towards where they want to go. This work helps individuals explore the ‘who’ and ‘how’ of themselves from various perspectives, creating new possibilities for growth.

This space of possibility is found in developing the key skills of Awareness, Kindness, and Curiosity. These skills are used in context with somatic and embodiment exercises to discern our thoughts, emotions and sensations, to expand our use of language, to develop the relational nature of our parts of self and to find new perspectives for our lived experience. All of this is supported by a range of tools that help us map and integrate our insights into our everyday lives. I believe that when each person has more access to resources for growth within themselves, this is where change can emerge from. And that as we each do this work, this growth ripples out from us and creates change in the world.

Whether you view this work as personal growth, therapy, spirituality, activism, or something else entirely—whether it feels essential, intimidating, joyful, or you’re unsure what to make of it—my answer is YES. I’m glad you’re here.

Our personal growth is served by our commitment and investment in ourselves. Like the seasons in nature, our growth can happen in cycles. Sessions and mentorship are designed to meet you where you are and support where you are going.

I have seen in Jacqueline a devotion to the human spirit and commitment to help each individual be the best they can be. She does this with inspired vision and wisdom. “
